Forgive my ignorance, but what's the Deaf Club? Is it a public bar that caters to deaf patrons? Or is it a membership only club with the requirement that members must be deaf and/or proficient in sign language?

About how many people in St. Paul are deaf? I'd be happy with a percentage or a round number.

What resources are available for deaf children? Are they mainstreamed into all schools or are they sent to schools with special resources for them? I'd heard that the way it "used to be" was that deaf children went to different schools. Since that's the way it "used to be", I assume it's different now. Are there similar situations for the blind or physically handicapped, or are they also mainstreamed?

I'm not deaf, nor is any of my immediate family, so this is just idle curiosity.
