Hi All! I am just hours out of "treatment" so this is just a note to tell all that I am still alive and kicking with a satchel full of brickbats.
To make this germane, I will say that having been shuttered away for 21 days has left me awed at how little I have missed, as a political junkie. The Dems put on their puppet show, as will the Reps. The smoking ban moves forward relentlessly. The Phil Kahn episode is rich. I remember a McGuire volunteer confess that his lit-drop crew picked up "hundreds" of Kuettel brochures ($.10 each) on the last Sunday of the '96 race. Ah how naive I was. How shallow some people are. But Kahn? Surely lock-sure safe DFL district could find a thougtful, effective and sane individual to replace this crazy old auntie. Okie Doke. My promise to you and many others on many lists is that you will be entertained, if not inspired by my confessional blog thread which started today. 99% political commentary free, but I can't predict how it will evolve. I honestly implore you to read it daily, and welcome any sort of feedback. I aim to move people, and if it ain't or is working, I would appreciate muchly to know.
