Do they mean tri-partisan, including the new Republicratic Party?

I might sign something promoting dodecapartisanship...

Everyone:

This just in from one of my friends that lives down near Jackson and 4th.
Is there a drive to make the St. Paul races partisan now? Anyone aware of
this?

If so, is this a direct reaction to Kelly's endorsement of Bush? I don't
see the point of this, Kelly stated he was a Democrat, what would making
the St. Paul races partisan accomplish?

Or did my friend misunderstand what the petition was for?

Any insights?

Pam ...

I was at the night out last evening ... saw people that I knew from the old
days up on the hill. This might be better with in your hand rather than
mine ... it's a petition to put party affiliation back on the ballot in St
Paul. They gave me a sheet to try and have people sign to bring it forward
for a vote in Nov ... is this something that you would want to have people
sign ... I live in an Apt and believe me the last thing these people want
to think about is voting ... drugs and chasing is much more important than
politics to thses folks.
