The City Council has put together a handbook for residents to assist them with neighborhood nuisance complaints. You can view and print the handbook from the City of St Paul's web site under the City Council area. Use this link to go directly to the handbook:

You can also contact your district council or the Citizen Service Office (651-266-8989) to obtain a copy.
This book explains who to contact for different types of complaints and the type of information needed to assist the different city agencies in dealing with your complaints. This is a great resource.
