I agree with those that want to see many fewer billboards in StPaul. I have been told that StPaul is most billboard-per-capita infested city in the area.
In my perspective, the good of the city, citizens, civic beauty and peace, trumps the selfish greed of billboarders many of whom live elsewhere far from their arrogant abominations.
