It seems to me that my reference to how the attacks on 9-11 affected me and my St. Paul bidness and how it, in turn affected other St. Paul bidnesses was pretty relevent.
But then again, I don't work for the government so perhaps I'm missing the original point if it was to show how the war spending is adversely affecting the budgets of the local bureaucracies.
