1) the new LIEP citations have some very small print that says you have 72 hours to respond. And even thought I just got my drivers licens renewed, without the need of glasses, witch I don't need, and don't have. I had to use a magnifing glass to read it, but missed it before the fact.
2) after citing me in June the city waits till Sept to mail me a card that say I want to despute the charges mail the card within 5 days. I recieved the card on Saturday, mailed it on Tuesday, the city council approves the abatment on my property on Wed. (touche)
3) even if you mail the card right away. the hearing officer won't have records for the hearing, so you will have to come back again. (giving the city one more chance for you not to show up, wating more of your time and money)
since my concil member reads this list maybe he could do some parlamentry inquiries for me
P.I. how is passing ambush agenda items that don't require GSE to meet city / state noise requirments not a noise variance
P.I. how is not requiring GSE to meet noise levels, not rezoning adjacent property
Plus I had some nice pictures of the sulfuric acid cloud that engulfed my home causing me to cough n puke on the boulavard while taking the pictures. (of couse accourding to MN DOH there is no cause n effect)
