What is the benefit to people of St. Paul to have us
help the MPR empire to add WCAL?
IN my initial thinking, it looks like a subsidy for a
large, solvent business with well-paid top staff that
does not need the help. It is not going to add a slew
of jobs for the city. I assume that KSJN does not pay
proerty taxes on its bldg in dntn st paul. Why?
And acccording to Thune comment in Strib today the
CC/HRA did not pay enough attention to the subject to
knwo what they were approving.
I'd reserve our credit for needier and more important
enterprises.
