SAINT PAUL, MN - (December 14, 2004) - Gopher State Ethanol today said they are progressing in plans to liquidate all assets.
"We are working with Biditup, Studio City, California", said David Kreitzer, President/COO, Gopher State Ethanol. "Our bid submission deadline is February 17, 2005."
All bids and pre-qualifying financial packages should be submitted to Biditup and Gopher State Ethanol's attorney Michel Meyer before noon on February 17, 2005. Bidding packages and pre-qualifying financial statements can be obtained directly from Biditup.

All assets including but not limited to the ethanol production equipment, 14.9 acres of prime real estate, all brewery memorabilia and office equipment will be sold.
