Well I have to violate the two post minimums in responding to Dan's
post.

The mayor did nothing wrong in accepting these per diem.  The
legislative per diem is NOT for the payment of an expense.

I understand that reason for this 3rd post. But, its not ok for participants to give themselves an extra post. If you feel like to have something that you really need to inject into the discussion, but have already used up your two posts - then please, contact the list manager.
