CVS drugstore plans on track Construction delayed after land dispute

"Derailed for months by a land dispute, plans for a CVS drugstore on University Avenue in St. Paul are slowly getting back on track.
Developers had intended to have the store open last fall but now are aiming to begin construction this spring."
