[StPaul] Kudos to Thune re: city internet issues

'Just to prove I'm not totally anti-party... I read also about the city's 
interest in providing alternatives for internet service. Thank you for 
challenging the monopolies regarding internet services, Council member 
Thune.

As far as I know my options are Qwest and Comcast, right? Anyone know of 
other alternatives in Saint Paul besides these? I think $40/month plus 
installation plus DSL modem are a bit prohibitive. I've been using my free 
AOL trial which ends soon...
