         The West Side Report

Bill Dahn of 256 W.Morton St. in St.Paul,MN
He is from what is known as the lower west side area of St.Paul.
Dahn lived his life in a area of town that you did not have to
lock your doors on your home or the doors on your cars.
Kids left their bikes days and weeks at a time in their front
yards, without a though that anybody would touch them.
Then in 1965 the city of St.Paul had a flood that put a big part
of
         the lower west side
           was under water.
The St.Paul Mayor at that time said, The lower west side flats had

         to be cleared, of
the house's and all the businesses.
Thousands of homes were removed to make way for the grafts in
         politicians pockets.
The Lafayette Bridge was planed in the 1940's to be built after the
housing and businesses was torn down.
The people of the west side flats were told that the city would buy

         all the property.
The city offered each home owner about $8,000.00 dollars, they
         told the people to
take what they offered or the city would just condemn the house's
        and take the land.
The city said at that time, No One would ever live down on lower
        west side again,
bought up by the city for a few dollars and the built up with
government post office the DNR and privet businesses, office
       buildings
Even the DFL Party has a nice corner building, one block
from the Lafayette bridge on Platio street.
Two blocks on the other side of the bridge on Platio is the
         St.Paul Holmen Field
Airport, from the 1965 flood till now the airport expanded greatly.
Now Randy Kelley is giving a million dollars to upgrade air port in

       the coming year.
Mayor Kelley and the City Council with the Ramsey County
       Commissioner, are
allowing the rich to build 6 story town house's by the Wabasha
        Bridge.
A block from the river, the land has been polluted for many year
from the factory that was once there.
The City of St. Paul said that the tax payer will pay for clean up,
so
the money maker can grab more profit.
We will bring suit against the City of St. Paul and the Planning
       Comm.
                                   the Criminal Law
Fair Housing Act U.S. Code 42 sec 3631
Conspiracy Against Rights U.S. Code 18 sec 241
Dahn had a unsafe house due to Government consoiracy
with the Sewer gases and the Formaldehyde on the insulation.
Bill Dahn, Say "It's time to pay the piper"
      Now we ask?
Why dose the poor always pay to make the Rich-Richer ?

"This is Bill Dahn's Eye On The City Report"
