The NY Times has an article today assessing the affects of the smoking ban there. Just as here in St. Paul, bar owners predicted disaster from a ban. Now, however, they seem to be in favor of it. Business hasn't suffered. In fact it's up slightly and patrons, employees and owners all seem agreed that the bars are more pleasant places to be. http://www.nytimes.com/2005/02/06/nyregion/06xsmoke.html
