Meanwhile, back at the DNR Sushi Bar, there were at least 7 bald eagles
this morning, 5 of them in one tree.  You may have seen the SPPP sidebar
identifying nests in the county.  The other morning, just after dawn, they
were flying up the River in a loose, arrogant formation, like something out
of a horror movie.  These creatures need to be kept under constant
surveillance before they take over.

And at noon today there was a helicopter hovering above the River at Island
Station - what was that all about?  It looked more private than
televisual...  I would've turned my spyglass on it but didn't feel like a
heat-seeking-missile sandwich for lunch.  Let's hope Homeland Security
doesn't have their sights on the brewery!  Keep your fingers crossed...
