i second that motion!! with the slight change to: Chief Finney, we need you. not on a first name basis with the Chief. But hell yes (can i say that tim?) we need you!! Anyone who's ever seen Randy in action knows he's an old style white boy bully and in that mode usually quite effective. Someone with some real personal strength is needed to put him on front street. I also agree that Kelly is showing some real signs of pent up rage, how well that could be manipulated by the right person--- we need you Chief!!
