Get a taste of the action that occurs at the Minnesota Capitol. Featuring some of this year's hottest topics at the legislature, each event highlights critical issues facing Minnesota women, and provides a multi-partisan forum
for education and open discussion with some of our most influential women leaders. The format will be similar to TPT¹s popular political show,Almanac, with debate between the speakers who represent different sides of the hot issues.*
Kerri Miller, host of MPR's Midmorning, has been a radio and television news reporter since 1981. Formerly covering the political beat for KARE-11 News, Miller has also worked for KSTP-TV, and KTUL-TV (Tulsa). Her awards include the Society of Professional Journalists National Achievement Award,
Minnesota Broadcasters Award, and the Associated Press Award.
A graduate of Saint Bonaventure University, Miller is working on her second novel after the publication of her political thriller, Dead Air.
