I have been getting E-mails for some time now that have not been asked for or sought out. Where are they all coming from? Why am I getting them? HOW CAN
IT BE STOPPED? PLEASE STOP THEM NOW!

Every once in a while we get a message like this. I've responded to the request privately, but would also like to remind the entire list how to either remove yourself from the forum, or if you like, change your subscription to the DIGEST (one or two emails per day, containing all of the individual posts).

Here is the URL to modify or cancel your subscription. Jump to the "Stpaul Subscribers" section near the bottom of the page.

You can also contact me privately.

Please, do not post unsubscribe messages to the entire forum. I'm really the only one that can help you anyway - so just contact me directly with questions or concerns.

Best wishes,
