Last week, a friend of mine told me that Susan Kimberly, Director of St.
Paul Planning and Economic Development is telling our city leaders that the
city has invested all it needs on affordable housing and should now start
subsidizing market rate developments.
I find this hard to believe and am wondering if anyone can clarify what my
friend heard.
