It appears that you have been fortunate enough to not have been a crime 
victim.  However, to assert that cops don't work or earn there money 
makes your credibility about zero.  I understand that on the internet we 
tend to accept people just making the wildest claims without asking them 
for proof, but I am asking that before you malign an entire group of hard 
working people, you give some justification.  If you are going to slam 
the police, I think you should have the decency to cite some statistics, 
such as crimes per 1,000 people and average number of calls or responses 
per police officer.  So what are they and how do they compare with other 
cities where you believe the police are not underworked or overpayed.

Finally, it  is absolutely not true that St. Paul police get free 
housing,, and you either made that up or were gullable enough to believe 
a liar
