Say what???? 45 mph? Since when? Sheesh. I drive that everyday. Has anyone
told the motorists that the speed limit is 45?

I think that is probably the most treacherous stretch of freeway in St. Paul.
The way that thing curves, the way people bop through there during rush hour,
the exits in and out, the busses on the shoulder, how it dumps into 94, and the
slick bridges.

Yep, if I were a beginning driver I wouldn't try to learn to drive on a freeway
on that stretch. Not unless I was certifiable. Oh yeah, wait a minute. I am
certifiable. I still wouldn't.
