Firm in her resolve?? I'm still waiting for someone to
tell me why Senator Pappas CO-AUTHORED the Senate
bonding bill which INCLUDED money for the floodwall.
And, why - more or less minutes after a 56-7 vote -
all four of our esteemed DFL Senators from St. Paul
(each so very opposed to the floodwall) AGAIN voted
for the bonding bill on a 57-7 vote.
Methinks it's time to break the DFL politics-as-usual
strangle hold in St. Paul.
