Congratulations to Toni Carter who won yesterday's special election to replace
Susan Haigh (not Susan Gaertner -wishful thinking there Dan) on the Board for
the 4th District in Ramsey County.
We will miss Susan who was a very, very strong advocate for the mentally ill in
Ramsey County. We wish her well on her new career opportunity.
Commisioner Carter, we look forward to sitting down and talking with you in the
near future. Congrats!
