I think it may be worth noting that this is not a state holiday. If you look, you will see that there are only ten days that are observed as holidays in this state: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas. If you knew anyone who worked in a public office, you would know that. Moreover, only one of those days is a "HOLY" day, Christmas. You should check your facts before parading your HOLYer-than-thou attitude around. So why do all these "bureaucrats" show up on their day off? If there are any government employees (you know the nations single largest employer?), it is probably because they care enough to take the day off work, or maybe they are regular citizens expressing their support of a legal right of women.

Why don't they diffuse this whole thing and just close on Friday. After all, it is a state holiday. Rather than requiring all you bureaucrats to show up outside the abortion clinic on your day off, why not spend time with your familiers on this HOLY day.
