In reality many issues of concern to business also is of concern to the local citizen.

We have discussed this issue from folks about the increased noise over their homes. A valid argument. Yet it has been pointed out and has not been contradicted, that the flight plan for this airport does not take planes over residential areas. It has been pointed out that pilots, especially instructors, do take planes, in violation of flight plans, over residential areas. If this is the problem correct the problem.
First of all...if there were lane dividers in the air I'd agree with you. Do you really think that the neighbors haven't tried?
Secondly, you're seeing this issue by issue rather than seeing it in its entirety. If you take into account all of the negative impacts, the cumulative ones that accumulate not only quantitatively now but historically...longitorically...new word, how's that...then you will actually see the real meat of the matter.
