The St. Paul DFL convenes on Saturday to anoint a candidate for mayor. Mayor Randy Kelly is not seeking his party's endorsement for the first time in his 30 years of public life, but his two challengers are.
Guests:
Ramsey County Commissioner Rafael Ortega and former St. Paul City Council member Chris Coleman are vying for the DFL endorsement at Saturday's convention.
