Mr. Tester is absolutely correct! 

There is no constitutional right to free reading
material. 

That's why all his "reading material" comes shrink
wrapped and placed into a brown paper bag....complete
with a PRINTED RECEIPT....at Denmark Books and
Videos…:=)

I also surmize that Mr. Tester frowns on the fact that
all his PAID FOR "reading material" isn't tax
deductable....:=)
