I'm using our OLD forum list to alert some of you that we are
experiencing technical difficulties with our new forum [SPIF], making
it impossible to post messages at the moment.
This problem is not specific to E-Democracy.Org but is affecting
others sites sharing our server. We've contacted the appropriate
support folks and are waiting for the problem to be resolved.
We expect to have the problem resolved by late afternoon.
