Last week, I separated rtnetlink to small commit,
fixed NETLINK_SOCK_DIAG decode and attribute decode.
This week, I will have two exam. I plan to fix SOCK_DIAG attribute
data decode using nla_decoder_t and fix potential unaligned access in tests.
