Funny, the man that coined the phrase "Bush Doctrine" noted that it  
wasn't what Gibson thought it was. Others have noted that there are  
numerous definitions of the "Bush Doctrine." It was clearly a gimmick  
with the intent of getting his "gotcha!". Were it not, he would have  
clarified his question when she asked him.
