Strictly speaking, yes, each one of them is qualified to be Veep. All are over 35, all are native-born American citizens. Beyond that Sarah Palin is no more qualified to be VP than I am, possibly less, because she appears to be less informed about current events and existing American politics than I am. From what we've discovered of her governing style: 18 months in office and having officially been found of abusing her powers for personal gain, immediately starting off with measures to evade the very transparency she campaigned for, by conducting official government business on private email systems *explicitly* to evade subpoena. This is public record, she cannot hide this. The Yahoo emails where she and her staff explicitly discuss subpoenas were among those released to the committee in september. persisting in public statements on her record (the infamous bridge to nowhere) when there is video of her publicly expressing the exact opposite of what she said, and when the public record contradicts her statements. It is our duty as citizens to work to change things when it is wrong. Even in wartime, much less the ongoing, ill-defined, constant 'war on a tactic' thing we have going on, because when our country is wrong it hurts us all. It damages this country that I love, and I refuse to stand idly by and let it happen just because some yahoo with a bullhorn or an email account tells me I'm not a patriot or that I hate America.
