lowest I've seen it when I filled up my tank, the guy at the next pump said "I'd be happier about this price if I didn't know it only cost 29 cents a gallon to make this stuff." haven't checked the cost of production for regular gas lately, so who knows if he's right, but I laughed because I was just thinking how it was 29 cents, and then went up to 31 right about the time I bought my first car, and I thought THAT was too high...
