Rasmussen doesn't think it is anywhere near that high, because unlike California in the early 80's, poll respondents are more likely to admit they won't vote for Obama because he's black. (Wierd progress, eh?) What's of more concern to pollsters is the high percentage of folks that refuse to respond to polls, which anonymous addresses in the above blog post.
