"Problems with voter registration in North Dakota? Not an issue.
That’s because the Peace Garden State is the only state that does not
require registration to vote, according to the North Dakota Secretary
of State’s Web site. The state’s legislature repealed the registration
requirement in 1951. So to vote, adults go to the precinct where have
lived for at least 30 days and show their IDs."

Brilliant.

Go to the polls with your ID and last month's electric bill (to prove
the 30-day residency period) and you're set.
