so i went to the farmers market and spoke with the bush tucker spice
ladies
they said there  were 11 native peppers

any how i purchased some of the spices and the dorrigo pepper and so
 i am making a casserole with them i am going to document the process
[recipe]
we are going to have it for dinner tomorrow so i'll update after
that  ... if it is a 'disaster'
won't burden you with the info

there is a 'business' dinner here tonight that mark is cooking so i
wont be able to
to update anything till tomorrow as i'll have to be megan not mex
and of course clear up the mess i'll have made creating

and bugger if have to be megan not mx .. i have to wear a frock and be
proper as it is for the best customers  slumming it at the home of the
chef hopefully they will all have a really great time and have the
insight that it is the company and quality of the conversation along
with the beauty of the FOOD

anyhow must go and 'dress'
