so i went to the farmers market and spoke with the bush tucker spice ladies they said there were 11 native peppers
any how i purchased some of the spices and the dorrigo pepper and so i am making a casserole with them i am going to document the process [recipe] we are going to have it for dinner tomorrow so i'll update after that ... if it is a 'disaster' won't burden you with the info there is a 'business' dinner here tonight that mark is cooking so i wont be able to to update anything till tomorrow as i'll have to be megan not mex and of course clear up the mess i'll have made creating Rain Forest Spice with Dorrigo Pepper Casserole with CousCous and Parsley this is the menu tonight BATTERED ZUCCHINI FLOWERS WITH BALSAMIC REDUCTIO PANFRIED KINGFISH WITH GOURMET MUSHROOMS, ARTICHOKE HEARTS AND SAUTÉ ZUCCHINI RIBBONS CHAR GRILLED ANGUS SIRLOIN WITH HERB MASH AND PORCHINI MUSHROOM SAUCE DESSERTS TIRRAMISSU WITH HAZELNUT ICE CREAM VANILLA PANNACOTTA WITH POACHED RHUBARB and bugger if have to be megan not mx .. i have to wear a frock and be proper as it is for the best customers slumming it at the home of the chef hopefully they will all have a really great time and have the insight that it is the company and quality of the conversation along with the beauty of the FOOD anyhow must go and 'dress' oh here is the link http://mxara.wordpress.com/ mx --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "StrataList-OT" group.
