I believe it's an FCC rule, the same one that requires local TV  
stations to constantly announce "For more information, go to our  
website at KWeDontCare.com" to find something that looks like an  
explosion in a Toys R Us store.

And Icke isn't the top crazy on the interwebs, that's reserved for the  
TimeCube guy. I'm not providing  a link, my retinas haven't completely  
healed since the last time.

We do catch Icke on our local access cable once in a while, going on  
about the british royal family; they run his syndicated crazy time hour.

We also have a local Access TV nutcase who has a show called "666 is  
Money"...seriously batshit.

We've watched him turn into her over the years, too. How she passed  
the psych evals for a trans sex operation I'll never know...:
