I didn't say I wanted to shut down the whole system. My point was that there is no way to prevent terrorist attacks on airliners short of that regardless of all the political theater being performed before boarding. And that is all it is - political theater. Make it look like we're doing something when the reality is that it has absolutely no effect except to inconvenience and annoy legitimate travelers. -- Brian
