There are Democrats representing numerous districts from Georgia, which means there are numerous Democrat strongholds in the state. Those proposing the anti-baggy pants law could easily be from one of those districts.
In other words, you don't know. You're presuming that it's a bad law because you're presuming it's proposed by neocons, because you're presuming that all politicians from Georgia are neocons, which, of course, is wrong.
