yeah, this place is in my goofy neighborhood.
The guy, Raymond, was mentally ill / retarded. I dunno what all was
wrong with him. He used to ride around on the buses in a filthy clown
suit & hard hat & carry a tackle box or lunch box.
People tended to avoid him. He didn't talk to anybody.
When he died, his caseworkers found he had been painting weird cartoon
pictures of construction / demolition sites. His passions were
construction & clowns & he was just kinda living his pasions.
