Catholics that have strayed from their religion have trouble reading. From the link provided:

It's the politicians that are against it, even the power hungry, big government types that richarsan worships, namely U.S. Senators Feinstein and Boxer, Senatorial candidate Fiorina, Gubernatorial candidates Brown and Whitman, and LA County and SF County District Attorneys (both whom are running for State Attorney General).
