Exactly - there was an eye-opening moment for me years ago, when a client said "you have no idea what a relief it is to be able to hand over all computer-related issues to you, and have one less thing I have to handle myself." Thought about it all morning, and stopped by the bank on the way home, said 'I need someone to handle my banking' and was assigned a business banking relationship manager. She reviews my accounts, my insurance coverage, my 401k, etc and makes recommendations, as well as giving me a head's up on upcoming filing and record-keeping milestones. She's also the one who called me on my cell when I was travelling in Utah and used my ATM card - while I was still at the cash register and before the transaction was ok'd - because I'd asked for ID theft monitoring. Priceless.
