That's about the dumbest way I've ever heard anyone characterize leaders of 
states reeling from severe economic downturns.

Even the title of the piece is off ... it should read "State That Have Cut The 
Most Spending Have Lost The Most Public Sector Jobs."

As for private sector jobs, high state taxes and overzealous regulations have 
made it more difficult for states to recover for the recession that Obama and 
the Feds have turned into a depression.
