I think the biggest difference between the two shots is not so much a change in 
skill level as it is a difference in lighting conditions, something I have no 
control over. :) The best I can do is recognize the potential for good lighting 
and then have the patience to wait for it to happen. That particular sunset 
shot is not what I went to shoot last night, it just turned out to be what 
there was to be shot and it was about 20 minutes after the sun had set when I'm 
usually gone. :) Sometimes you just have to get lucky with the clouds and the 
light and all. Of course you still have to be there in the first place. :)
