Oh yeah. When he first ran for the lege, he ran in a suburban district to
Tucson; most of the district lay outside the city, and when asked about his
about his working relationship with the city he replied to the effect of 'Fuck
em, they're all just dirty hippies and treehuggers.' This pissed off even the
republicans in Tucson. The bulk of the votes in Gabby's district is Tucson.

In the Lege, he consistently sided with the Maricopa county machine pols to
pass stuff that was explicitly aimed against Southern Arizona, his alleged
constituents.

This is a guy who claims to have been in the Special Forces during Gulf I, and
has bragged in public about how high his unit's Iraqi body count was.

Now, I've actually know a couple SF combat vets, personally...in their opinion,
bragging about how many kills you have is a clear sign of REMF status.

He's the one on the "I say I HATES those durn Flue-or-essent light bulb
thingies!" (you have to say it like Yosemite Sam, with guns going off for
emphasis) and wanted to pass a law that stated incandescent bulbs were legal in
Arizona. When a state senate seat opened up mid-term in his district, he went
before the county supervisors (the one who appointed the replacement) and
basically threatened them ("You don't want to make me mad!" is a direct quote)
to give him the seat.

Also, Gabby ran against a very slightly less wingnutty combat vet in 2010 and
she won. Frankie the Ant would be a walkover.

Still, if he wants to run, he should man up and do it. Demanding this from
Gabby is a real REMF thing to do..

He's a mean, bitter man who claims that the government has never created a job,
not in his entire adult life first as a soldier, then as a employee of a
defense contractor....
