It was the goat entrails that fixed my problem. That and deleting the expired certificates.
And then my iPhone stopped being able to SEND emails. I'd get a message saying that the recipient was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying. So I burned some more entrails (pig is all I could find this time) and deleted the email account. When I created the email account again there was no problem. emails git up and go where they're sposed to.
