Yeah but they're probably a member of one of those greedy, corrupt public 
employee unions, so they should probably be punished for that by having to work 
longer hours. Having enough detectives on duty to handle these cases would cost 
more money, so they gotta do more with less.  Gotta keep taxes low doncha know!

Two things: that is an on-label use of an OTC drug, so no, not misuse, and 2) 
if shots of cuban coffee are a misuse of caffeine, [as I eye my coffee maker 
burbling away 15" from my left elbow with today's pot] I ain't gonna throw 
stones.
