Standard Conservadouche lies form Francis, what else could we expect. First: Does not pay income taxes does not equal does not pay taxes. Second: That 47% number is as large as it is largely due to Republican policies: tax cuts, raising the standard deduction and adding greater exemptions. You want that number to go down? repeal the Bush tax cuts and the stimulus tax cuts. Move everyone back to the Clinton era or even Reagan era tax rates and that number will plummet.
