Widely known, little discussed inconvenient truth: you know WHY 47% don't pay taxes? It's because of the recession and the tax cuts your side claims are the cure-all..most of the stimulus that passed in 2009 was tax cuts. You know, Francis, the stimulus you claimed "didn't work".
