Alabama government officials are begging companies to stay despite their draconian anti-immigrant laws. The best response I've heard yet was from Missouri's governor after the Alabama cops arrested the Mercedes plant manager: "Come to Missouri, we're the 'Show Me' state, not the 'Show Me Your Papers' state!" Jan Brewer must be thanking her lucky stars that the courts blocked most of AZ's SB1070 bill and it only cost the Senate President his seat.
