They should make masturbation illegal while they're at it. All those potential
babies, after all.
Call the legislation something catchy, like 'The Holy/Evangelical Individual
Stops Masturbating,' or 'THEISM' for short. Hell, drop the 'rape or incest'
clause from the anti-abortion bill so men can rape virgin women, then buy them
for 50 pieces of silver from their fathers, just like they do in the Bible
(Deuteronomy 22:28-29).
